Executive and Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the rebranding of NABIE to ABIDE.

• Formulate a multi-channel promotional approach for the 2027 Conference aimed at attracting guest participants, esteemed speakers, and exhibitors.

• Analyze industry leaders (IIBEC and ICRI) to uncover best practices in scheduling, pricing, and engaging exhibitors.

• Conduct research to identify potential corporate sponsors and exhibitors within the building sciences and engineering fields.

• Draft and execute a "High-Touch" outreach plan designed to convert leads into confirmed sponsors.

• Create professional sponsorship/exhibitor flyers, posters, and infographics that effectively convey the unique value of our conference.

• Oversee the strategy and calendar for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Manage the entire newsletter process—from collecting technical articles to analyzing data and repurposing content.

• Compile industry-specific data and articles, transforming them into accessible, engaging content for a highly technical audience.

• Diligently track project expenses and monitor fundraising progress.

• Maintain the master database and CRM with up-to-date sponsor information, exhibitor contracts, and lead statuses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Engineering Background (Not required but highly Preferred): A background in engineering or building sciences is ideal.

• Technical Fast Learner: If you lack an engineering degree, you should possess an unquenchable curiosity and the capacity to quickly master complex terminologies.

• Strategic Thinker: You don't merely "post for the sake of posting"—you comprehend how to guide a lead through a comprehensive 10-step nurture sequence.

• Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or comparable tools to produce professional infographics and posters.
