
Executive Account Manager, Medical Device Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main commercial contact for designated OEM customer accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive leadership, sourcing, operations, engineering, and quality teams.
• Formulate and implement strategic account growth plans that align with customer goals and Biomerics’ business objectives.
• Identify avenues for organic growth, new program development, and enhanced customer engagement across manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead customer business reviews and executive governance meetings to discuss account performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Propel revenue growth and assist in profitable expansion within allocated accounts.
• Aid in pricing strategy, contract negotiations, long-term agreements, and commercial discussions.
• Oversee and manage account forecasts, bookings, revenue performance, and pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to promote margin improvement initiatives and evaluate business cases.
• Facilitate RFQ and quotation processes in conjunction with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to guarantee successful execution of customer requirements and commitments.
• Assist with new product introduction (NPI), product transfer, validation, and commercialization efforts.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to enhance delivery performance, ensure supply continuity, plan for capacity, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Oversee customer escalation management activities concerning quality, delivery, operational performance, and supply chain issues.
• Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and relay customer feedback internally to foster continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify and alleviate commercial and operational risks affecting customer programs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and strategic goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding program updates, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Support customer audits, site visits, and executive meetings as needed.
• Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field is required.
• At least 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or commercial leadership within the medical device manufacturing sector.
• Previous experience in a contract manufacturing organization (CMO/CDMO) is highly preferred.
• Strong comprehension of medical device manufacturing processes, commercialization, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex OEM customer relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, strategic account development, and customer retention.
• Experience leading commercial discussions encompassing pricing, contracts, forecasts, and long-term business planning.
• Strong operational and technical skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% as required.
