This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and facilitate enterprise-level growth for Thermo Fisher Scientific by managing essential customer relationships and intricate commercial initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact between strategic partners and Thermo Fisher, crafting and executing account strategies that utilize our comprehensive portfolio of innovative solutions.
• Direct Account Management Teams to provide outstanding customer value while ensuring operational excellence, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of financial objectives.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with customers while collaborating across departments to enhance market presence and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise-level account management, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through strategic account management and complex contract negotiations.
• Strong financial understanding and analytical abilities to evaluate business opportunities and oversee P&L.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills at the executive/C-suite level with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and developing teams within a matrix organizational structure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Proficient in project management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and site visits.
• Additional language skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Experience in fostering collaborative team environments that align with company values.
