EVMS Implementation Analyst – Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement enterprise-wide Earned Value Management (EVM) and scheduling responsibilities throughout the proposal, award preparation, startup, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), and execution lifecycle.

• Direct and assist in the implementation of EVMS, providing program support, training, tools, and surveillance functions.

• Enforce EVMS and scheduling policies effectively.

• Offer proposal and implementation assistance through training and objective assessments.

• Facilitate internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews.

• Create, implement, train on, and uphold automated EVMS processes and tools.

• Lead cross-family projects or program teams encompassing multiple disciplines.

• Aid in the development of EVMS talent, performance management, and business strategy.

• Provide guidance to programs on operational decisions and enhancements to portfolio performance.

• Integrate Agile software methodologies with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices.

• Formulate advanced EVMS concepts, techniques, solutions, and standards.

• Act as an EVMS subject matter expert, focusing on deliverables and issue identification/resolution.

• Engage with senior executive leadership, Program Managers, Contracts, and senior technical staff.

• Contribute to new business proposals by addressing EVMS requirements, schedule support, and cost-volume input.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.

• Additional years of applicable EVMS experience may substitute for a degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading EVMS implementations.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Must be able to obtain security clearance.

• Proven leadership experience in program management, EVMS implementation and compliance, scheduling, financial disciplines, and contract management.

• Capability to lead teams comprising individual contributors, program finance analysts, schedulers, Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and line executives.

• In-depth knowledge of EVMS, deliverable content, and issue identification/resolution.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Scheduling Professional (SP) certification is preferred.

• Earned Value Profession (EVP) certification is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Structured Solutions Inc. Tools for Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, Deltek Costpoint, OPDEC Integrated Program Manager, and other scheduling and EVMS tools.
