This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will become a key member of the Marketing team, serving as an individual contributor under the guidance of the Director of Revenue Marketing and Enablement. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire scope of Continuous’ events program, which includes trade show and conference strategy, sponsored events, tailored customer experiences, the customer conference, marketing campaigns before and after events, lead capture, CRM attribution, performance reporting, and budget oversight.
• From a strategic perspective, you will conduct research and recommend events where our target audience, consisting of banks and credit unions, gathers. You will define the event strategy for each engagement, including sponsorship levels, speaking opportunities, MQL targets, and ABM alignment, while designing personalized experiences such as executive dinners and networking events to enhance relationships beyond the exhibition.
• Additionally, you will design and implement Continuous’ customer conferences from the ground up, establishing the framework, frequency, content strategy, and success metrics.
• On the operational front, you will manage every detail: booth logistics, vendor coordination, team registration, travel arrangements, branded merchandise, and lead capture. You will develop extensive pre- and post-event campaigns using HubSpot, ensure that leads are accurately imported into Salesforce with appropriate attribution, and provide post-event performance summaries that offer leadership clear insights into pipeline contribution and ROI. You will collaborate with various platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Captello, Microsoft 365, and Claude AI, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams.
• Event Lifecycle Expertise — You possess comprehensive experience in all aspects of event management, including sponsorship assessment, booth logistics, on-site execution, vendor management, and cross-functional team collaboration. You handle every phase with precision, even when multiple events are at different stages simultaneously.
• Campaign Designer — You understand that events are part of a larger strategy. You create integrated pre- and post-event campaigns that optimize each investment, incorporating prospecting sequences, social media promotion, lead nurturing workflows, and follow-up strategies that convert attendees into pipeline.
• Financial Services Knowledge — You have experience working for or with financial services organizations regarding events; familiarity with the banking and credit union technology landscape is a plus.
• Data-Driven Strategist — You track various metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, cost-per-lead, and ROI, translating data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance future investments. You don’t just present results; you narrate the story behind the numbers.
• Community Creator — You view the customer conference program as a strategic effort to build community rather than merely a series of events. You develop initiatives that promote product adoption, encourage customer advocacy, and foster a sense of belonging that enhances retention.
• Tenacious — This trait is a core value at Continuous and is essential for this position. You will manage multiple events, coordinate across various departments, oversee vendors, and adhere to tight timelines — and you consistently deliver. You tackle challenges, devise innovative solutions, and achieve your objectives.
