Events Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive planning and execution of Sembi’s global event strategy from start to finish.

• Act as the operational foundation for our participation in conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events, ensuring each experience is meticulously organized, aligns with our branding, and meets pipeline and brand objectives.

• Conduct research and assess events within the software testing, DevOps, and security sectors.

• Gather sponsorship prospectuses and pricing, evaluate alignment with goals and budgets, and suggest viable opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to finalize the annual event budget.

• Monitor event expenditures against forecasts to ensure financial responsibility.

• Manage vendor relationships for booth construction, audiovisual needs, furniture, and lead scanning equipment.

• Guarantee that all leads are processed and allocated for follow-up within predetermined timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing B2B events, field marketing, or experiential marketing initiatives.

• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential.

• Preferably experienced in supporting trade shows, conferences, or global SaaS events.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple timelines concurrently.

• Comfortable collaborating with distributed global teams and coordinating international logistics.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
