Events Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee event strategy for EMEA and APAC regions.

• Drive demand generation objectives by organizing events that generate leads and expand the pipeline.

• Develop project plans for events and associated workstreams.

• Collaborate with external partners, including event managers and contractors.

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

• Support the team in surpassing program goals such as registration/attendance, engagement, customer growth, and new business pipeline.

• Manage event logistics, which include pre- and post-event marketing campaigns (email, SDR) and coordination efforts.

• Utilize top-tier program technology, materials, systems, marketing, and event targeting to elevate each event to the next level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing.

• Experience in driving demand for event programs within a B2B tech company is advantageous.

• Prior experience in organizing events across various countries.

• BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.

• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and organized with robust project management capabilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within established timelines.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and related technological systems.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
