This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop the Partly Community among UK repairers and suppliers by collaborating with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Manage the channels comprehensively – including scheduling, publishing, community management, and transforming events, ambassadors, and case studies into a reliable distribution engine.
• Establish how Partly presents itself at the largest and most prestigious events in the industry.
• Formulate the activation strategy for regional roundtables, networking events, demo nights, and more.
• Create a robust ambassadors/influencer marketing initiative from scratch.
• Cultivate a network of long-term partners to position Partly as a central figure in the industry.
• Develop case studies and email marketing nurtures while creating customer journeys and value-driven content.
• Oversee the annual budget for community activities, events, and social media on both ends.
• 3-5+ years of experience in building community within a B2B operator market, such as automotive, trades, hospitality, healthcare, professional services, or related fields.
• Ability to manage owned channels with a consistent voice and convert real-world experiences into shareable content.
• Experienced in organizing owner-level dinners, conferences, and awards programs from start to finish.
• Capable of visiting a body shop or dealer back office on a rainy Wednesday morning, engaging the owner in conversation, and establishing a relationship.
• Proficient in identifying a case study within a 15-minute discussion, producing the content, and delivering it.
• Familiarity with the UK collision/aftermarket ecosystem (including trade press, NBRA, insurer networks, ABP Club, Automechanika) or the ability to quickly learn and integrate into it.
• Understanding of how a £500 cheque at the end of a quarter influences parts-buyer behavior more significantly than a 0.5% discount on every order.
• Comfortable managing a £1M budget with the diligence to justify cost-per-incremental-WAR-site against alternative expenditures.
• Collaborates effectively with marketing, sales, customer success, product teams, insurer relations, and supplier sales without needing a Gantt chart for clarity.
• Takes ownership of outcomes rather than merely activities and does not wait for permission.
• Realistic about 30–40% travel across the UK.
• High trust environment with minimal processes and no bureaucracy.
• Competitive base salary plus equity options.
• Flexible working hours.
• Focus Days for enhanced productivity.
• Time off when needed.
• Opportunities to learn from industry leaders.
• Quarterly season openers throughout the UK and EU.
• Annual global offsite event in New Zealand.
• Team connection initiatives.
• Parental leave and flexible return-to-work options.
• Payroll Giving program.
• CycleSaver benefit.
