Event- und Veranstaltungsmanager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent conception, planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of events, meetings, and conferences throughout Germany

• Management and coordination of all event processes – from the initial idea to success evaluation – while considering time, resource, and budget constraints

• Organization and on-site support of events, ensuring smooth operations

• Responsibility for participant management, invitation processes, billing, documentation, and quality assurance

• Collaboration and alignment with internal departments as well as external service providers, agencies, speakers, venues, and other partners

• Establishment, maintenance, and further development of collaborations and networks, along with the creation of new event and communication formats

• Preparation of presentations, evaluations, and decision-making bases, as well as support for cross-departmental projects

• Continuous optimization of existing event and organizational processes and contribution to the advancement of digital workflows

• Willingness to travel across Germany to support and accompany our events

• Flexible working style with a predominant remote component; personal presence is particularly required on event days

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training/studies in the event sector or several years of professional experience in event organization

• Proficient in MS Office, ideally supplemented by knowledge of digital tools in the event and communication context

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

• Strong communication skills and a confident approach when dealing with partners and stakeholders

• A secure and professional demeanor

• A high level of responsibility and a structured, proactive, and independent working style
