This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide our travelers with exceptional personalized travel assistance by helping them resolve issues before, during, and after their journeys. This may involve managing basic cancellations, modifications, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and/or rail reservations.
• Offer precise and comprehensive fare information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with client contacts to comprehend and achieve program goals and outcomes.
• Identify the critical success factors for clients' projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure adherence to contract and documentation policies (e.g., service agreements, SLAs, etc.).
• Resolve issues by consistently consulting our agent tools for guidance on how to best assist travelers.
• Oversee the coordination of program planning from the post-sale phase to final billing.
• Engage in regular team meetings to stay informed about new product launches, industry developments, and exciting team initiatives and programs.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of the travel industry and platform to help us maintain our status as leaders in best-in-class travel management.
• Receive training in Navan/R&M Systems.
• Support the Team Lead.
• A preference for one to three years of experience in Group Travel planning.
• Strong professional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Navan TravelXen is preferred, along with a solid understanding of travel bookings.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites, with the technical ability to learn new technologies.
• Experience with client-facing video calls for setup and project management is required.
• Knowledge of internal communication tools such as Slack.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a commitment to resolving urgent issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• An empathetic attitude with the capability to maintain professionalism at all times.
• Experience and the ability to adapt and succeed in a rapidly growing environment.
• Preferred experience of 4+ years with GDS systems, particularly Sabre including PNR building and ticketing; Amadeus and NDC experience is also preferred.
• An independent thinker capable of utilizing available resources to troubleshoot issues and address customer inquiries.
• Proven success in developing and maintaining key client relationships with Account Managers/Account Executives.
• A strong record of customer service skills and positive outcomes in customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Dependable and flexible, with a willingness to work non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings, and weekends).
• A passion for travel coupled with a basic understanding of world geography.
