Event Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic planning, content management, development, and execution of ALTOUR event technology solutions.

• Direct the daily operational plan for assigned projects.

• Serve as a liaison and trusted consultant to assist clients with all technology services.

• Provide comprehensive event technology support from the initial planning phase to final execution.

• Develop, manage, and comply with project timelines, scope, and processes.

• Collaborate with technology vendors, developers, graphic designers, and programmers.

• Help clients in crafting, editing, and approving content across various platforms.

• Work collaboratively within a team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience or education in the hospitality, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events sectors.

• Strong enthusiasm for technology and the capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.

• Experience with event technology solutions or similar technology platforms.

• Proficient writing, proofreading, and communication abilities.

• A creative mindset with a focus on design.

• Ability to foster strong relationships with internal team members, clients, and vendors.

• Capability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with a team.

• Excellent work ethic, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database programs.
