Event Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner and strategic advisor for professional event planners and marketers.

• Drive customer onboarding and relationship development to enhance adoption and value creation.

• Provide hands-on enablement through technical product training for customers.

• Oversee full-service event contracts from start to finish, managing multiple events concurrently.

• Spearhead proactive project management throughout the entire event lifecycle.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event experiences.

• Conduct regular customer engagement activities, including strategy sessions and quarterly reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in planning or coordinating professional B2B events.

• Proven experience with event technology, including registration platforms, event apps, or virtual event solutions.

• Knowledge of tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, with the aptitude to convey technical concepts to non-technical event organizers.

• Exceptional organizational skills: adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
