This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Consistent and reliable attendance as per the required schedule.
• Load and transport promotional materials (bottles, tents, tables, banners, etc.) for each event.
• Set up and dismantle event sites.
• Interact with customers to effectively communicate our identity and offerings.
• Perform product demonstrations and facilitate Q&A sessions with customers.
• Complete post-event reports and provide feedback to the Design & Promotions Manager.
• Assist with community outreach initiatives as necessary.
• Extensive travel across Texas and nearby markets, including out-of-state travel, approximately 35-40 weekends annually.
• Typical work schedule is Thursday to Monday during event weeks; availability for all four days during event weekends is required.
• When not traveling or attending events, the Event Specialist may work from home or the local Watermill Express Office.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct oneself in a safe manner.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
• Experience in public speaking or field marketing.
• Familiarity with hauling and loading trailers or similar equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and devise creative strategies to engage customers.
• Proficiency in clear and professional communication via email.
• A team player with a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
