Event Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from start to finish, which includes vendor sourcing, client management, and ensuring the seamless execution of the entire event process;

• Seek out new partners to enhance our Marketplace;

• Identify strategic partners to provide products and services for bundled offerings;

• Negotiate terms and pricing with partners and service providers;

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketplace and appropriately redirect demand;

• Ensure that the products and services provided by our partners are delivered as promised;

• Lead joint marketing initiatives with partners;

• Register and monitor documents from our partners;

• Maintain and update the CRM and Trello boards;

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities;

• Coordinate partnership-related projects across various teams;

• Generate detailed analyses and reports on activities and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning, including the management of the complete event lifecycle, coordination with vendors, and ensuring successful client outcomes;

• Experience in managing client relationships;

• Background in providing platform training for partners;

• Understanding of business development, marketing strategies, and brand growth;

• Ability to source suppliers and negotiate costs within budget parameters;

• Capacity to analyze market trends and competitor activities;

• Experience in lead generation;

• Exceptional communication skills;

• Capability to deliver results under tight deadlines;

• Proficient in English for effective communication and interaction with global partners and colleagues;

• Must possess a personal computer and mobile phone;

• Flexibility to adjust to various time zones;

• Familiarity with Hubspot or similar tools;

• Highly resilient and eager to learn continuously in a startup environment.
