Event Project Manager, Life Sciences – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage comprehensive congress and life sciences event projects, both onsite and remotely.

• Independently design, set up, and launch web and mobile native event applications utilizing Backstage.

• Maintain effective communication with customers and senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timeliness.

• Collaborate closely with congress organizers, vendors, internal teams, and clients for smooth execution.

• Conduct post-event communications, analyze event data, and provide insightful reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in congress engagement.

• Management of KOLs and pharmaceutical stakeholders.

• Mapping and engaging KOLs.

• Management of KOLs appointments.

• Planning and executing congress and life sciences event projects.

• Management of onsite business suites.

• Planning ancillary meetings within the life sciences sector.

• Strong knowledge of event approval workflows for Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review processes.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
