Event Project Manager, Healthcare – Major Pharma Client

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage fully with one of our prominent pharmaceutical clients.

• Lead and support all facets of multiple large-scale projects from the initial briefing to successful completion and closure, including logistics and project content.

• Collaborate with all teams assigned to an event, ensuring compliance with the client’s operational standards, tools, and processes.

• Serve as the primary contact for our clients, facilitating effective stakeholder management among all internal and external partners.

• Track timelines and event budgets to guarantee on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Operate adeptly under pressure, managing last-minute changes while ensuring full compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in event project management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry in an agency setting.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations in Germany and internationally.

• Experience in budget creation, management, and consolidation.

• Ability to remain highly resilient, keep a calm demeanor under pressure, and navigate environments with complex processes and strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in delegate management tools, particularly Cvent.

• Fluency in spoken and written English and German (No scrambled Eier at egg, bitte).
