Event Project Manager – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take the lead and provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of large-scale projects, from the initial briefing to successful delivery and closure, encompassing logistics, participant management, and project content.

• Collaborate with all teams involved in an event to ensure compliance with the client’s operational standards, tools, and processes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and foster effective stakeholder management among all internal and external partners.

• Provide advisory support to clients regarding successful project delivery.

• Oversee timelines and event budgets to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Operate effectively under pressure, managing last-minute changes while upholding full compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event project management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry at an event agency.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations in Germany and internationally.

• Experience in budget creation, management, and consolidation.

• Ability to demonstrate high resilience, maintain composure under pressure, and navigate environments with intricate processes and strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in delegate management tools, particularly with Cvent.

• Fluency in spoken and written English and German (No scrambled Eier at egg, bitte).
