Event Project Manager – Dedicated Pharma Client Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute a variety of pharmaceutical and healthcare events from initial briefing to final execution, which includes managing attendees, logistics, and providing on-site support.

• Assist in the application of client event procedures, compliance standards, and operational guidelines throughout all stages of the project.

• Maintain daily communication with clients, suppliers, and attendees to guarantee seamless event execution and an exceptional experience for participants.

• Manage timelines, registrations, budgets, reporting, and Cvent-related activities with a keen focus on detail and precision.

• Collaborate closely with team members across various projects, proactively addressing challenges and contributing to the overall success of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in event project management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sectors, encompassing comprehensive attendee management and event execution.

• Prior experience in an event agency setting, adept at juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, processes, and compliance standards.

• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, paired with a proactive communication approach and meticulous attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and extensive hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management, RFPs, and budgeting.

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Residing in Madrid and willing to travel regularly.
