This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Audiovisual Event Project Management: You will oversee a variety of events throughout the year, handling project scope, timelines, and budgets. Your role will involve guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle while advising them on AV Production best practices for both in-person and hybrid events, ensuring the execution surpasses their expectations.
• Communication & Decision Making: Acting as the primary contact for clients and representing MT, you will facilitate the flow of information among internal teams (fulfillment, creative, etc.), venues, vendors, and clients, while thoroughly preparing onsite staff for successful execution.
• Client Relationship Development: Beyond event management, you will cultivate authentic connections with clients. By understanding their personal interests, family, and life events, you will foster enthusiasm that enhances credibility and encourages repeat business.
• Management of Creative Deliverables: You will serve as the liaison between clients and creative teams (designers, editors). Your responsibilities include managing logistics with vendors (decor, print, custom fabrication), maintaining asset trackers, overseeing POs, and negotiating terms to effectively manage the client’s budget.
• On-Site Leadership: You will travel approximately 20-30% of the time to represent MT, collaborating with Production Managers to prepare onsite staff for flawless execution, all while maintaining high energy in dynamic event settings.
• 4-7+ Years of Experience in the Event Industry: You have successfully navigated the agency or high-touch event landscape and possess a customer-centric approach.
• Organizational Skills & Agility: You are a fast-paced multitasker who meets deadlines and takes pleasure in the details.
• Excellent Communicator: You can convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• People-Oriented: You excel at building relationships and tailoring your approach based on the individual you are engaging with. You are adept at working with diverse personalities and professional levels.
• Technical & Creative Interest: You are eager to learn about AV production and the logistics of creative services.
• Flexibility: You are capable of confidently making decisions in ambiguous and unpredictable situations, adapting to keep the project and all involved parties on track amidst changes in priorities.
