Event Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation of designated live events, ensuring the effective delivery of audio, video, streaming, and production elements.

• Organize technical preparations prior to each event, which includes equipment readiness, logistics, testing, and risk assessment.

• Travel to event venues to manage on-site production, resolve issues, and uphold high production standards in live settings.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, presenters, venues, and internal teams while providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Proactively communicate project status, technical risks, and event updates to production leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Assist in all stages of production, encompassing pre-production planning, live event execution, post-production editing, and media management.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of production technologies, streaming platforms, and industry best practices.

• Aid in the recruitment, coordination, and management of freelance production contractors when additional support is necessary.

• Contribute to broader production initiatives and special projects during periods without travel.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience in supporting live event production, broadcasting, or video production settings.

• Proficiency in operating professional video, audio, and live streaming equipment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain composed under pressure.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight trips.

• Valid driver's license and ability to transport production equipment when necessary.
