This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the coordination and execution of program logistics to maximize impact.
• Perform research and manage vendor relationships, utilizing preferred partnerships to select high-quality vendors.
• Ensure that supplier contracts are legally protective for both Amex GBT and the client.
• Manage program costs, identify cost-saving strategies, review all invoices, and report them to a reconciliation specialist to guarantee accurate charges, while addressing clients' payment requirements as outlined per program or account.
• Assess program requirements for online registration and assist event owners in communicating with attendees, ensuring a user-friendly registration platform that captures all essential data.
• Manage logistics with venue personnel, coordinate vendor performance, and serve as a resource for event staff.
• Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and provide a comprehensive briefing report.
• Create service recovery plans for events and ensure that improvement goals are met or surpassed.
• Develop and sustain knowledge of technology and/or software solutions (Cvent).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French/Spanish/German/Swedish/Norwegian.
• Enthusiastic about project management, with experience in meetings and client management.
• Proven experience working within budget constraints.
