This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the marketing execution for Pavilion’s premier events, summits, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
• Develop and oversee promotional strategies across various channels including email, Slack, LinkedIn, newsletters, community chapters, and partner toolkits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance ticket sales, boost registration, and improve audience quality.
• Create tailored messaging for GTM leaders, executives, members, prospects, sponsors, and community segments.
• Monitor registration trends, promotional effectiveness, ticket inventory, and campaign progress.
• Work closely with the Sponsorships team to grasp sold packages, contract details, deliverables, timelines, and sponsor expectations.
• Manage sponsor deliverables such as webinars, eBooks, Demo Days, newsletter placements, Slack posts, social media posts, event activations, and other partner campaigns.
• Act as a primary operational contact for sponsor-related execution.
• Ensure that sponsor deliverables are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with Pavilion’s brand and audience expectations.
• Oversee the complete webinar workflow, from sponsor handoff to scheduling, landing page creation, promotion, live production, and post-event analysis.
• Develop or enhance landing page content, promotional plans, calendar invitations, speaker logistics, and sponsor communications.
• Assist or lead the planning of major Pavilion events, including GTM, Women’s Summit, functional summits, VIP experiences, sponsor activations, and related programming.
• 5–8+ years of experience in event marketing, partner marketing, sponsorship fulfillment, content marketing, or event operations.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Outstanding written communication skills, particularly for promotional content, sponsor interactions, landing pages, and executive updates.
• Proven experience in managing webinars, virtual events, live events, or sponsored content programs.
• Capacity to convert business objectives into coherent marketing strategies and execution timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, including effective communication with sponsors.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and establishing processes where none currently exist.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify issues before they escalate.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks across competing business demands.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Sequel.io or other webinar platforms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Canva, Slack, Clay, Bizzabo, or similar event management systems.
