This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Serve as the representative of the OAP brand and project a positive brand image at key company-sponsored events.
• Design and implement OAP marketing displays to optimize on-site impact and attract visitors to the display.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on all events attended, including data-driven recommendations for future participation, expansion, reduction, or discontinuation of our presence at those events.
• Assess and propose new sponsorship opportunities within the region, encompassing track signage agreements, promotional collaborations, and in-store ticket sales initiatives.
• Keep the OAP truck, trailer, and event displays in pristine, show-ready condition at all times, ensuring damage prevention through diligent supervision of event activities.
• Recruit, oversee, and train personnel (primarily store team members) working at events; guarantee that all display staff consistently uphold a positive and professional image.
• Act as an intermediary between O’Reilly Auto Parts and important external stakeholders, including track personnel, event promoters, and OAP suppliers.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years of experience in OAP stores or distribution centers (or equivalent parts knowledge).
• Capability to analyze and impartially assess new and existing opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead and direct others effectively.
• Must project a professional company image and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent driving skills along with a good driving record.
• Possession of a Class E Driver's License.
• Self-motivated; capable of working independently and making sound decisions without direct supervision.
