This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Federato’s portfolio of third-party and field events.
• Create event strategies that align with marketing and sales objectives.
• Design and implement plans for new conferences, sponsorships, and field programs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and leadership to define priorities and program direction.
• Assess event opportunities and provide clear recommendations based on business objectives.
• Manage logistics, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and run-of-show for all third-party and field events.
• Lead coordination efforts with vendors, production partners, and creative agencies.
• Confidently negotiate sponsorship packages, booth options, and vendor rates.
• Maintain robust relationships with industry conference organizers and partners.
• Ensure that every program is executed flawlessly, on schedule, and within budget.
• Drive cross-functional internal workflows, aligning sales, product, and marketing stakeholders.
• Facilitate event enablement for sales: pre-event briefings, onsite readiness, follow-up plans, lead management, and onsite meeting coordination.
• Maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
• Monitor KPIs related to pipeline influence, engagement, lead quality, attendance, and ROI.
• Provide clear insights and recommendations for future enhancements.
• Introduce innovative ideas to elevate the event portfolio beyond typical conference marketing.
• Identify opportunities to make Federato stand out through unique experiential moments, distinctive sponsorship elements, and new event formats.
• 4-6+ years of event marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in managing third-party and field event portfolios.
• Exceptional sales enablement skills; possess a deep understanding of how events contribute to pipeline goals.
• Strong project management skills; capable of keeping complex programs on track without overlooking details.
• Skilled negotiator who can secure advantageous sponsorships and vendor contracts.
• Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing event metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, and conference organizers.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations and link sponsorship decisions to business objectives.
• Strong creative instincts and a readiness to introduce bold new concepts.
• Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
