Event Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be in charge of the design, planning, and implementation of various events for the ESN and More Nutrition brands, which includes fitness events, competitions, trade show appearances, and community gatherings.

• You will collaborate closely with the entire events and marketing teams (including influencer marketing) and participate in the strategic planning of initiatives and events.

• You will manage the budgeting process and oversee expenses for individual events.

• You will be responsible for selecting and coordinating external service providers.

• You will ensure that all events run smoothly and swiftly address any challenges that may arise.

• You will coordinate events across all our markets and create innovative event concepts to showcase the ESN and More Nutrition brands.

• You will also design events with a global perspective, further enhancing the visibility of our brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of five years of experience in planning and executing events, preferably within the FMCG, sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries.

• You have experience organizing events in the DACH region as well as on an international scale.

• You demonstrate strong organizational abilities and can effectively manage multiple projects at once.

• You are creative and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• You are adaptable and can respond effectively to evolving requirements.

• You are fluent in both German and English.
