This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, plan, and manage 8-12 client events concurrently.
• Create comprehensive event strategies, including budget management, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Source, negotiate, and oversee vendor partnerships, ensuring high-quality service within financial limits.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, maintaining clear communication and satisfaction throughout the planning stages.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, trends, and strategic recommendations to guarantee successful, innovative, and cost-effective event execution.
• Strive to exceed expectations by providing outstanding customer experiences, promoting client loyalty and referrals.
• Adhere to and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve event planning workflows.
• Offer insights to improve tools, systems, and processes, supporting our goal of developing a scalable and technology-driven organization.
• Achieve or surpass event booking and profit margin targets, including upselling additional services.
• Strategically oversee client budgets to maximize event effectiveness while making decisions that align with BoomPop’s revenue goals and preferred vendor use.
• Over 5 years of experience in comprehensive event management, encompassing sourcing, vendor oversight, planning, coordination, execution, and budget control.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities with vendors and venues.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven project management expertise, effectively prioritizing a high volume of tasks.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present to various senior leaders.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in organizing in-person events.
• Hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the year for on-site event execution, client interactions, and team collaboration.
