Event Design & Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Develop and design visual content for corporate and project-related events.

• Assist in the creation of presentations and digital resources for meetings and training sessions.

• Oversee the coordination of visual elements, digital signage, and essential AV requirements during events.

• Manage event templates, digital materials, and branded corporate assets.

• Collaborate with vendors to guarantee the timely and quality production of event materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, event production, or a related area.

• Full command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in creating print-ready and digital production files.

• Familiarity with presentation design and digital event materials.

• Demonstrated expertise in MS PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Preferred experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and digital event platforms/applications.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to support large corporate meetings effectively.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 3–4 times a year, based on business requirements.

• Resume and portfolio showcasing expertise in PowerPoint design and presentation development.
