Event Design & Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Design and organize visual materials for corporate and project-related events.

• Assist in the development of presentations and digital resources for meetings and training sessions.

• Oversee the coordination of visual assets, digital signage, and basic audiovisual requirements during events.

• Manage event templates, digital content, and corporate branding materials.

• Collaborate with vendors to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of event materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, event production, or a related discipline.

• Full command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in producing print-ready and digital production files.

• Background in presentation design and digital event materials is essential.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint is mandatory.

• Required experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and various event platforms/digital event applications is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
