This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Oversee the planning and coordination of international events, from the initial idea and booth design to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle complex calendars, arrange cross-departmental meetings, and manage detailed travel and event logistics.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, tracking expenses, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring consistency of brand voice across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (additional points for proficiency in Italian).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.
• Ability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution with a 'no task too big or small' mentality.
