Event and Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of events.

• Manage event data and oversee the distribution of school kits for high schools and colleges.

• Create engaging digital content, including handouts, presentations, and slideshows.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, mentorship activities, and social media outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a current student at Chaminade.

• Eligibility for Federal Work-Study through Chaminade is required.

• A minimum GPA of 2.0 is necessary (must be maintained).

• Physical Requirements: This role may involve light physical activity in both indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates should be comfortable alternating between standing and sitting, navigating stairs and sloped surfaces, and lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds. Strong motor skills and effective communication abilities are essential.
