This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Accurately diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure utilizing advanced tools and techniques, including computer diagnostics and fundamental electrical repairs.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and installations while coordinating effectively with third parties/vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure the timely completion of all services and projects, adhering to scope and budget, with a strong emphasis on resource management and client satisfaction.
• Proactively present clients with additional services such as service agreements, preventative maintenance plans, InControl monitoring software, and other revenue-generating options. Generate warm leads for the sales team to explore potential additional EV charger sales and request referrals to expand our customer base.
• Provide and maintain your own basic hand tools necessary for performing work on EV chargers.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to guarantee a safe working environment, maintaining high safety standards while working with high voltage and in diverse environmental conditions.
• Monitor the performance of charging infrastructure, offer detailed progress reports, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism at client sites and cultivate strong relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Stay current in your field through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical, EV, or a related client-facing position.
• An Associate’s degree or certification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electric vehicle charging systems, electric vehicle technology, and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to start-up environments.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the capability to travel 50%-75% of the time.
