This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily provision of EV infrastructure services for designated client accounts, emphasizing the enhancement of system reliability.

• Organize the scheduling and implementation of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for EV charging stations.

• Monitor charger uptime and performance indicators, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.

• Serve as the primary contact for internal operations teams regarding service requests, issues, and support requirements.

• Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, utility providers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

• Engage in site evaluations and infrastructure assessments for both new and existing client locations.

• Assist in drafting scopes of work, service agreements, and project plans for EV infrastructure projects.

• Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure that deliverables remain on schedule.

• Oversee vendor performance and aid in the selection and management of contractors.

• Support permitting, compliance, and utility coordination efforts as necessary.

• Ensure all field and operational activities adhere to pertinent safety standards, regulations, and internal policies.

• Compile and deliver performance reports and operational updates for internal leadership and clients.

• Visit client sites as required to assist with installations, maintenance tasks, and operational reviews.

• Stay informed about emerging EV charging technologies and industry trends to guide best practices.

• Provide expertise in EV infrastructure to support the sales team during client discussions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical systems, facilities operations, energy management, or a related field.

• Proven ability to manage projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, or service delivery teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of Level 2 and DC Fast Charging technology.

• Practical knowledge of charger maintenance programs, warranty processes, and vendor service agreements.

• Familiarity with utility coordination, permitting requirements, EV infrastructure rollout, LCFS credits, and related regulatory considerations.

• Strong organizational skills with a talent for planning and coordinating projects effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of developing and sustaining client relationships.

• Proficient in interpreting operational data to identify opportunities for performance enhancements.

• Experienced in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about project management software.
