This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the Surgical Solutions product portfolio throughout the EMEA region.
• Sustain and drive double-digit growth year-over-year while ensuring profitability and maintaining market position.
• Serve as the commercial leader for pricing, sales strategy, revenue growth, and margin management.
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the portfolio in the EMEA region.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities, which include forecasting, budgeting contributions, and long-term planning.
• Continuously assess market trends, customer requirements, and competitive forces across EMEA.
• Spot growth opportunities, new applications, and potential expansions of the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical Support, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Engage directly with customers and clinicians, with occasional involvement in clinical or operating room settings.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or product management in the medical devices sector or a closely related healthcare field.
• Proven experience in portfolio ownership, lifecycle management, and commercial responsibility.
• Familiarity with clinical environments, operating rooms, or hospital settings.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities, along with the capability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Solid financial understanding, including expertise in pricing, budgeting, revenue, and profitability metrics.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across different functions, countries, and cultures.
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a commitment to expanding product and clinical knowledge through hands-on experiences.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European or regional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 40% of the time, primarily within Europe and the Middle East.
• High visibility and significant influence within the Cardiovascular EMEA organization.
• Broad EMEA exposure with substantial responsibility and decision-making authority.
