This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive sales and growth of ETF assets under management (AUM) across key distribution channels in the US, such as Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), independent broker-dealers, platforms, and institutional investors.
• Create and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with the company's product positioning and branding.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with financial advisors, investment committees, and home office stakeholders.
• Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with the Israel-based headquarters to enhance product knowledge, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives.
• Collect market feedback and competitive insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team as distribution expands.
• At least 5 years of experience in ETF sales or distribution within the US market.
• A well-established network within the RIA and/or institutional investment sectors.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• A strong comprehension of the ETF landscape, investment products, and wealth management channels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Highly self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently and remotely.
• Comfortable functioning in an early-stage, rapidly growing environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience in launching new ETF products or building distribution from the ground up (Preferred).
• Prior experience working with international headquarters or in a global organization (Preferred).
• Knowledge of AI/machine learning applications in investment management (Preferred).
• Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses (Preferred).
