Estonian Speaking Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer support to Estonian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.

• Accurately record customer interactions and case information in the CRM system.

• Assess customer needs and offer information, guidance, or escalation options.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and team leaders to uphold service standards and facilitate continuous improvement.

• Achieve and surpass response time, customer satisfaction, and quality performance objectives.

• Keep up-to-date with client products, services, policies, and updates.

• Assist with the onboarding of knowledge and best practices within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Estonian, both spoken and written, is required.

• A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is essential.

• Proficient in English.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a related client-facing role is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment with self-discipline, reliability, and effective time management.

• Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
