This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Rapid Estimation: Generate Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates within a 24-hour timeframe utilizing historical data.

• Procurement & Negotiation: Reach out to US vendors, confirm quotes, and negotiate agreements.

• Scoping & Logic: Identify gaps in scope and ensure all essential components are included.

• Value Engineering: Recognize cost-effective solutions that uphold quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential estimation or a related field.

• C2 Level proficiency in English.

• Competence in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Cognitive flexibility for managing detailed projects alongside broader assessments.

• Strong negotiation abilities for vendor interactions.

• Capability to perform under tight deadlines while handling multiple responsibilities.
