Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• You assist the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and validating all vendor estimates.

• You oversee the approval or rejection of estimates and modifications to ensure precision.

• You collaborate with rental locations to offer feedback and guidance for expedited approvals.

• You keep audit records of all estimates from external vendors and repair facilities.

• You assess vendor performance, providing management with evaluations and suggestions.

• You support additional tasks as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in repair estimation, with proficiency in Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software, along with knowledge of vehicle salvage.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with relevant experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Proficient in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications.

• You exhibit a keen attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional decision-making skills.

• You are versatile, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
