Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• You will assist the Fleet Maintenance team by assessing and verifying all vendor estimates.

• You will oversee the approval or rejection process of estimates and revisions to ensure precision.

• You will coordinate with rental locations to offer feedback and coaching for expedited approvals.

• You will maintain audit records for all estimates provided by third-party vendors and repair facilities.

• You will assess vendor performance, delivering reviews and recommendations to management.

• You will support additional responsibilities as assigned to fulfill business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of experience in repair estimation, with proficiency in Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or comparable software, along with knowledge of vehicle salvage.

• You hold a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with pertinent experience, and you are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• You are adept in computer navigation and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• You exhibit exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and outstanding decision-making skills.

• You are flexible, capable of multitasking, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• You possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are available to work a flexible schedule.
