Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Gather various quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

• Evaluate and analyze labor, material costs, and time requirements.

• Assess company data, oversee budgets, and track prices using software tools.

• Prepare material and cost estimates for products or services.

• Generate labor estimates for any given project.

• Establish and nurture relationships with company vendors and contractors.

• Oversee bids from vendors and contractors.

• Present prepared estimates to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Compile and document actual costs.

• Review and evaluate cost estimates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Construction, or Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience (both in-office and fieldwork).

• At least 5 years of site construction experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory).

• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu.
