Estimating Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of estimators

• Collaborate with the team on estimates

• Acquire knowledge of deal types and evaluate estimators

• Establish the vision and set standards

• Develop the quality control process

• Create a feedback loop from estimate to actual results

• Enhance performance and mentor team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating

• Developed comprehensive cost estimates for residential renovations, general contracting, or construction projects

• Proficient in material takeoffs, labor pricing, subcontractor scoping, and estimating tasks

• Previously led a team and provided clear direction

• Self-motivated individual who thrives without micro-management

• Capable of thinking systemically

• Competence in managing upwards with data
