This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver operational assistance to the Paul Davis franchise network and FAST Estimating Team to produce accurate, timely, and profitable estimates.
• Offer continuous FAST process training and support to franchisees.
• Develop and refresh training materials, FAST Hub content, documentation, and communications for the network.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing coaching for FAST Estimating Team members.
• Coordinate communication among the FAST Team, PDRI team members, and franchisees.
• Direct urgent and significant communications concerning process gaps and collaboration.
• Assist in scheduling 1:1 calls, FAST Consultations, and other meetings.
• Provide direct estimating support during high volume periods for all job types and estimating platforms.
• Ensure that scoping, documentation, software, and communication practices promote accurate and profitable estimating.
• Offer statistics and KPI updates regarding network demand, volume projections, and resource allocation.
• Act as a liaison to resolve issues and address gaps in subject matter expertise and capacity.
• Participate in company or team meetings in person or virtually as needed.
• Support other Claims Force team members during times of reduced FAST Estimating demand.
• Meet with offices to train and coach on standard processes, best practices, and problem-solving techniques.
• Distribute FAST Estimate requests and adjust workloads to fulfill service-level commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement and increase demand for the FAST Estimating Service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
• Over 2 years of direct coaching, training, or onboarding experience.
• More than 3 years of experience with estimation principles and concepts in the property restoration/insurance sector.
• Capability to utilize technology for learner-focused training and coaching.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Competence in prioritizing, communicating, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with franchisees and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.
• Ability to learn and operate RMS, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Claims Connect, Mobile Claims, MICA Exchange, PowerBI, SharePoint, OneDrive, Adobe, and other operating systems.
• Capability to perform under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualize and work autonomously.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to operate office equipment and computers.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Over 5 years of restoration industry experience is preferred.
• Must have stable internet access when working remotely.
• Must utilize provided VPN technology for secure remote access.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle.
