
Estate and Document Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Receive assignments from our Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services to our clients.
• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with clients to ascertain their estate planning requirements.
• Common deliverables include revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs.
• Create estate planning documents using your preferred methods or utilize our document templates.
• Stay informed about the most recent state laws.
• Collaborate with our team of approachable professionals.
• Manage an established portfolio: Households with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
• Must possess a license in the specified state.
• Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.
• Can conduct client meetings virtually but must be available to meet clients for document execution supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
