📋 Description

• Promote and manage job openings across various available channels;

• Conduct market mapping, providing real-time updates;

• Lead candidate screenings and schedule discussions with applicants;

• Provide support to candidates throughout the selection process;

• Be responsible for sending and monitoring new hires alongside the founders;

• Manage the Talent Referral Program.
