This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with the registration and promotion of opportunities.
• Update client records;
• Register data for internship programs, ensuring the database remains current;
• Guide the attended audience to the Portal pages according to the requested services;
• Clarify client inquiries regarding products and services;
• Provide support and register new clients;
• Assist in maintaining the database (client registration);
• Conduct technical promotion of products;
• Handle client communications via email, phone, and WhatsApp for information on processes.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Human Resource Management, Advertising and Propaganda, or related fields;
• Basic knowledge of Office Suite and/or G-Suite is required, along with ease in working with computerized systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a willingness to engage in tasks that require focus.
• Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete your degree/internship.
