Especialista II – Desenvolvedora Fullstack, Node/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development of solutions to provide goal data to our franchisees of the Boticário Group;

• Enhancement of our solutions in terms of software quality, processes, performance, and new features;

• Promote and maintain easily readable code by applying best practices in software quality such as clean code and clean architecture;

• Be open to learning, discovering, and sharing knowledge about technologies, business, and best practices with other team members;

• Conduct code reviews to uphold quality with a high level of excellence;

• Support our solutions by directly interacting with users, developers, and other technology and business teams within the Boticário Group;

• Document whenever necessary;

• Follow and respect software architecture guidelines and information security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Back End languages (Node) and Frontend [React];

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture;

• Proficiency in Javascript or Typescript;

• Experience with REST APIs;

• Familiarity with Design Patterns;

• Experience with CI/CD (github actions, argo, etc...);

• Experience with NoSQL databases (such as DynamoDB) and relational databases (such as MySQL);

• Experience with AWS Lambda;

• Critical perspective on performance and security;

• Experience in agile teams;

• Ability to work in a multifunctional, multi-language, and collaborative environment autonomously;

• Knowledge of design systems, global application state, and/or micro frontends;

• Familiarity with git workflow (git flow, github flow, gitlab flow);

• Experience with automated testing (Unit, integration);

• Knowledge of queuing systems;

• Understanding of caching systems;

• Experience in application monitoring.
