Especialista en Soporte a Desarrollo, Java – Multi-stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support (L2/L3) for corporate applications.

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to software development.

• Work on applications developed in Java using frameworks such as Struts.

• Manage and optimize databases through SQL queries, modeling, and scripting.

• Make adjustments and perform maintenance on applications to ensure their proper functioning.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the continuity and stability of applications.

• Manage and track incidents using Jira.

• Provide functional support to end-users through helpdesk tools and email.

• Actively participate in the software lifecycle by contributing technical knowledge for problem resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in development support or similar roles.

• Strong experience in the Java ecosystem.

• Knowledge and experience working with Apache Struts.

• Experience in L2/L3 technical support for corporate applications.

• Proficiency in database management at the development level, including SQL, query optimization, modeling, and scripting.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

• Experience working with Jira for incident management.

• Skill in communicating clearly and empathetically with non-technical users.

• Analytical skills, autonomy, and a strong focus on problem-solving.

• Fluent in Spanish.
