📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute a thorough Human Resources compliance framework for the region, utilizing data-driven compliance management systems and Human Resources Information Systems to automate workflows, track key metrics, and maintain digital audit trails.

• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to integrate compliance requirements into daily operations and provide guidance on regulatory obligations to the business.

• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and local regulations by performing regular compliance evaluations, tracking legal changes, and offering targeted training programs to foster a culture of ethical business practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs in the Latin America region.

• In-depth understanding of relevant regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry benchmarks.

• Proven skills in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and engaging stakeholders with a high degree of integrity and discretion.

• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred.
