This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute operational tasks utilizing applied AI: information analysis, data extraction and cleaning, drafting and standardization, error detection, report generation, and creation of checklists and procedures.

• Leverage AI tools to automate and expedite work processes.

• Transform ambiguous requests into clear actions, request accurate data, determine the next steps, and document the process.

• Ensure quality and traceability by recording requests in tickets or tasks, providing evidence, and properly closing them.

• Provide customer service with cordial and professional communication, follow-up, and minutes or evidence when applicable.

• Continuously enhance processes through templates, prompts, and checklists.

• Prioritize tasks, identify risks, and escalate when necessary.

• Adhere to processes, document actions, and maintain evidence.

• Commit exclusively during the relationship with Adstter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Daily and demonstrable use of AI for working and solving real problems.

• Ability to provide real examples of AI solutions without sensitive data.

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets: filters, tables, and data cleaning.

• Experience with web tools and task or ticket management, preferably Zoho.

• Methodical validation of AI results.

• Ability to prioritize, identify risks, make decisions, and escalate as needed.

• Disciplined follow-up of processes, documentation, and traceability.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT/GPTs.

• Knowledge of Claude.

• Understanding of Code.

• Experience in API Development.

• Proficiency in Linux.

• Fixed workstation with a camera-equipped device and stable internet connection.

• Availability for exclusive commitment, without other simultaneous employment or projects.

• Desired: experience in operations, support, quality control, PMO, or back office.

• Desired: experience in creating simple automations through templates, macros, workflows, or integrations.

• Desired: knowledge of Zoho Desk, Projects, Cliq, Analytics, or other helpdesk/CRM systems.
