📋 Description

• Support the planning and creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Agile Pipelines;

• Monitor the demands executed by the CoEs (centers of excellence);

• Plan and manage initiatives carried out by the agile pipelines;

• Track the added value of the agile pipelines;

• Facilitate group activities;

• Map the current process (Diagnosis);

• Map the future process (Optimization);

• Propose and develop indicators for the Agile Pipeline, including OKRs;

• Conduct process benchmarking against recognized best practices;

• Guide the adoption of corporate tools;

• Execute LowCode digitalization using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other market solutions;

• Perform digitalization through ServiceNow and other workflow construction tools available in the market;

• Implement process automation (RPA);

• Structure Change Management for the Agile Pipelines;

• Assist in the inclusion of complex digitalization initiatives in the Portfolio (not suitable for a LowCode approach);

• Measure the potential gain value of the Agile Pipelines;

• Establish the Recommendation Plan for Agile Pipelines with short, medium, and long-term suggestions;

• Support the structure and monitoring of the innovation cycle, from ideation to scaling;

• Support the architecture of corporate processes (Value Chain and Process Map);

• Perform other related tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Administration, or Engineering.

• Desired Education: Postgraduate degree in Project Management.

• Minimum Knowledge: Programming logic;

• BPMN notation;

• Facilitation techniques (e.g., Lean Inception, Design Thinking);

• LowCode solutions and tools (Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate);

• ServiceNow;

• Agile methodologies and Lean practices;

• Microsoft collaboration and productivity tools (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint);

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

• Microsoft PowerBI.
