This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The professional will serve as a **technical reference in back-end development with .NET**, contributing to the evolution of architecture, code quality, and standardization of solutions.

• Will play an active role in the continuous improvement of systems, supporting the team and managers in technical decisions and promoting best practices, without direct responsibility for people management or prioritization of tasks.

• Our environment strongly focuses on **.NET and SQL Server**, including the use of procedures and business rules in the database, evolving towards more decoupled architectures, with greater application prominence and the use of concepts like microservices and messaging.

• We expect this individual to:

• - Act as a **technical reference for the team**, assisting developers in building solutions and decision-making;

• - Conduct **code reviews (Pull Requests)**, ensuring quality, standardization, and best practices;

• - Define, evolve, and disseminate **technical standards** (architecture, code organization, integration, testing);

• - Contribute to the **evolution of architecture**, supporting initiatives such as:

• - reducing business rules in the database;

• - migrating logic to the application (.NET);

• - evolving to microservices and utilizing messaging;

• - Actively participate in development, contributing code when necessary, in proof of concept implementations and other scenarios;

• - Support the **evolution of automated testing** in the environment;

• - Participate in and support **technical refinements**, contributing with feasibility, architecture, and risk assessments;

• - Promote and lead **technical sharing sessions** and knowledge dissemination;

• - Assist in analyzing and resolving **complex technical problems**, including production scenarios;

• - Contribute to the technical growth of the team, raising the quality level of deliveries;

• - Apply and encourage best practices such as **Clean Code, KISS, YAGNI, and SOLID principles**, with a pragmatic approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in areas related to information technology;

• Solid experience in web system development, APIs, and integrations with **.NET (C#)**;

• Experience in developing **REST APIs** and best architecture practices;

• Advanced knowledge in **relational databases (SQL Server)**:

• - writing and optimizing queries;

• - creating and maintaining stored procedures;

• - understanding business rules implemented in the database;

• Experience with **code review** and defining development standards;

• Knowledge in **software architecture**, including concepts of decoupling and separation of responsibilities;

• Experience in **microservices**;

• Experience in **messaging** (Kafka or similar);

• Knowledge of best development practices, such as **Clean Code, SOLID principles, and code organization**;

• Knowledge or experience with **DDD (Domain-Driven Design)**;

• Experience with code versioning using **Git**;

• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence the team;

• Critical analysis and technical decision-making skills focused on quality and continuous improvement.
